Our products are shipped in biopolymer packaging designed to return safely to nature, in line with our PureCycle Beauty philosophy.

Returns

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless agreed otherwise.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.

Important

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Since our products contain natural ingredients, slight variations in color, scent, or texture between batches may occur. These natural variations do not constitute a product defect if they do not affect the safety or functionality of the product.
