Christmas is coming and I don't know about you, but I feel like my responsibilities are increasing every year. Baking, gifts, cleaning, looking for wrapping paper that mysteriously disappears every year. And finally, I think to myself that after this "Christmas break", I need at least a two-week wellness stay to recover.

And that gets me to thinking. Do others feel the same way? And if so, what should I give them this year to make them feel better, at least for a while?

The answer is simpler than we expect: Care. Tenderness. Time for yourself. Gifts that don't get lost in a drawer, but are actually used. Gifts that warm, caress, and remind a person that they matter. Not like that gel candle of uncertain origin that has been circulating as a gift for years.
